Fómhar [Week 4: Make all sounds with only square wave looking channel]
By AMD24 on January 25, 2024 8:56 pm
There are four channel types in Nanoloop: a noise channel, a sampler, a warm one where the symbol looks like a refresh, and then one that looks like a square wave. I decided for the next four weeks to choose one channel type each week and make all sounds with just that channel type to learn how to get the most out of it.
This was also the first week I made something I'm actually kind of proud of, still warming up the composition muscles that have been unflexed for years but I feel I'm moving forward each week!
Because of this sense of accomplishment I decided to give this track an actual name this week too. It translates "Autumn" in Gaelic.
Until next week!
